Diane Lynch a recent graduate of the DHFT certification program is the new personal trainer at the Hec.
Diane’s Passion for staying fit led her to leave her job as a pharmacy technician and attend Pierce College Diagnostic Health and Fitness Technician certification course.
Diane became interested in health and fitness while raising her two sons. She wanted to set a good example and gave up her bad habits. Diane has been in to fitness for about the last 25 years from being a competitive runner doing 10k’s races. Unfortunately her knees no longer could take the pounding of the pavement so she took up cycling. Diane was the first women in her family to summit Mt. Rainer and since then has climbed Mt Adams and Mt. Shukan. Diane has also hiked internationally.
The HEC offers affordable memberships and state of the art Matrix equipment for Diane to give you a quality workout. Diane promotes a healthy lifestyle through exercise and good nutrition. She also promises to keep it fun, challenging and safe.
Diane offers personalized workouts, body composition and diet analysis. Hydrostatic weighing, VO2 Max and body composition testing can be purchased at additional cost through the school cashier. She is also offering High intensity 30 minute workouts by appointment only and in the winter plans to have a regular classes of high intensity workouts.
