The All-USA Community College Academic Team application is now open!
The national chapter of the Phi Theta Kappa Honor Society collaborates with several other entities to support this effort. Through this program, outstanding community college students may be eligible for scholarships. The collaboration of USA TODAY, Follett Higher Education Group, the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation, The Coca-Cola Foundation, AACC and Phi Theta Kappa leads to students being featured in an April issue of USA TODAY and awarded nearly $350,000 in scholarships.
Here at Pierce College Fort Steilacoom, two nominees will be selected by the President’s Office.
Students who are nominated to the All-USA Community College Academic Team also become members of the All-Washington Academic Team. They will be recognized by community college trustees, presidents, and the Governor at an official ceremony in Olympia in the spring.
