Are you someone who often thinks “I wish I had a reusable shopping bag, but I don’t want to pay anything for it!”? “Bag It!” is just the event for you! We will be having a workshop where you can turn ANY T-shirt into a reusable shopping bag. You will become the coolest shopper at the supermarket with your vintage Beatles shirt turned shopping bag! OH, but it gets better! During the workshop there will be a documentary playing, for your viewing pleasure, that addresses the issue of consumer based plastic waste. You’ll feel like such a good person knowing that you will no longer have to say “plastic” when asked “paper or plastic?” Come change the world…One bag at a time.

Rat City Roller Derby

Have you ever seen roller derby? Do you want the chance to go see it for yourself? Well here is your chance! You have the opportunity to purchase a ticket to a Rat City Roller Derby bout in Seattle at Key Arena. You will get the chance to see two matches take place in one night. This will be an exhilarating and fun experience for all who go. There is an opportunity for people to get a ride up there but if you would like you can just drive yourself.
