I came to Pierce in April 2023, at the age of 16, with the excitement of completing my high school diploma and associate degree at the same time in two years. August 2025, I have graduated from Pierce College and earned my AA in Digital Design along with an UX/UI Design Certificate. This page is where I display my work and ideas – covering UX design, graphic design, illustration, photography, writing pieces, and video production.
As an international student from Xiamen, China, I carry a lens of coastal warmth and local human spirit to my surrounding spaces. Outside of school and work, I am quite a fan of making food and sharing them with people, in the hope of delivering the significance that comes with my desire to build connections through this very crucial element of life.
I appreciate being able to discover many of the creative nature of things, and being in communities that allow connections and solidarity of an international village. I have been aiming to create work in the hope of providing resources and understanding for people in how their unique stories can unfold in various art forms.
In the future, I want to take on more UX/UI projects, designing functional and visually appealing websites and apps that improve people’s everyday experiences. My main design goal is to bring intuitive products that enhance the overall journey for any relevant individual, and I enjoy assisting people with envisioning how their ideas can meet their identified goals and needs.
